Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE: Provide supervision and implement all production activities following Avery Dennison’s Corporate Standard towards safety in order to produce high quality products to satisfy customer’s demand on products quality with lowest price and shortest delivery time. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Lead and Facilitate CI Initiatives: Champion and lead key projects and Kaizen events to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Develop a CI Culture: Train, coach, and mentor team members on CI principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work) to empower them to identify and solve problems. Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste. Develop and implement data-driven solutions and action plans. Track & Report Progress: Develop and maintain metrics (KPIs) to measure process performance and the impact of improvement projects. Report on progress to leadership and stakeholders. Champion Best Practices: Drive the standardization of processes and ensure best practices are implemented and sustained across shifts and teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to align on improvement priorities and ensure successful project implementation. Promote Problem-Solving: Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and guide teams in developing effective and sustainable corrective and preventive actions. Drive Engagement: Foster an environment where all employees are actively engaged in identifying and implementing improvements in their daily work. Qualifications Vocational, College, or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven experience in leading process improvement projects. Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, VSM). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and coach teams on CI tools and concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead change. Familiarity with and passion for ELS (Enterprise Lean Sigma) Operating Principles. A strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for driving tangible results.
