JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to oversee daily production activities in our chocolate manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, enforce quality and safety standards, and lead a team of production workers to meet daily targets efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in chocolate manufacturing.(spreadable cream, chocolate fillings, real chocolate and compound chocolate )
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of chocolate production processes using ball mill machines.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Other: Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, or other food safety systems.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production line operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste.
• Train, coach, and motivate production workers to achieve high performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve any equipment or quality issues.
• Monitor production KPIs and ensure timely achievement of daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate production reports and shift documentation.
• Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Enforce health & safety standards across the production floor.
• Support new product launches and assist R&D or QA departments as required.
