As a Production Team Leader you will be the liaison between the Colleagues on the plant floor and the Production Leader. You will support the Production Team in delivering an ever-improving customer service experience to our clients. You will coach and motivate colleagues to ensure they are working to the correct procedures regarding Health & Safety, machinery and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Record productivity by task and/or machine by hour and feedback results to operators and Production Leader.
  • Report machine failings to Engineering Team.
  • Give feedback / Discuss concerns on work performance; good and opportunities, on all colleagues to Shift Manager to discuss further with colleagues.
  • Attend Daily Production Meeting and support Production Leader in delivery of meeting.
  • Coach and motivate colleagues.
  • Support the Shift Manager in delivery of training as required.
  • Assist the Production Manager in sourcing resource to cover AL and be available to work from on-site premises to cover AL or absence.
  • Running the shift with fellow team leaders, when Shift Managers are out of office
