JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Production Team Leader to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. You will be responsible for managing a team of production operatives, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations

• Lead and supervise a team of production operatives
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed
• Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance
• Conduct team briefings and support staff development
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
