JOB SUMMARY

The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. The Team Leader will be the contact point for all team members providing excellent and open two-way communication and also be able to act proactively ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

• BS3632 Mobile Home Regs Qualification
  

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Expert in related trade/field
• Technical knowledge of production processes;
• Industry experience and background;
• Health & Safety knowledge and experience;
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing / CI.
