REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in FMCG/food production is essential
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide others
• Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and solutions-focused
• Excellent communication
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Allergen awareness and familiarity with TPM practices would also be beneficial

• Leading and organising day-to-day activities for your line
• Delegating tasks to Production Operatives
• Completing all production and quality-related paperwork accurately
• Upholding strict food hygiene, safety, and GMP standards
• Monitoring and supporting team performance
• Driving adherence to safety procedures and protocols
