• Work closely with operators, replace them, and provide support.
• Demonstrate leadership by encouraging employees to excel in their tasks, making decisions related to daily activities, and offering solutions when problems arise.
• Ensure that planning schedules are followed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements
• Raise awareness among coworkers about the importance of productivity, quality, and safety at work
• Ensure that production-related data is entered as required in production reports
• Perform all other related tasks
