Position: Production Team Leader Reporting Manager: Production Manager Location: Amata City IEAT, Rayong Area/ Process of Responsibility: Component and MiniCap Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8-5 (Able to Work at Day & Night Shift) Job Scope: Responsible for controlling and performing critical and complicated machines while adhering to quality and regulatory requirements. Operate and carry out production on machines to meet cost, quality and productivity standard. Job Details: Responsible for controlling and performing critical and complicated machines while adhering to quality and regulatory requirements. Operate and carry out production on machines to meet cost, quality and productivity standards. Assists supervisor providing guidance, support, direction and leadership through positive interactions with all personnel during daily operations. Assists in supervising the day-to-day production, scheduling, and staffing, material management, compliance, training and auditing activities – to meet customer requirements including deadlines and quality standards. Emphasize training programs designed to enable staff to consistently execute all manufacturing processes with strict compliance to cGMPs and EHS regulations. Provide a positive and equitable working environment emphasizing the Vantive Cored Values: Respect /Responsiveness / Results. Assist supervisor in managing accurate inventory and cycle count. Ensure compliance with SPEC/ SOP/ JIB/ JSA in assigned area. Responsible for compliance with EHS procedure and requirement. Perform other related activities assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications: High Vocational or Bachelor of Engineering, Science, Industrial or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in Production for any International Manufacturing such as FMCG, Healthcare, Chemical or Electronics Manufacturing. At least 2 years in Team Leader positions. Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments and lead effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Practical level of English communication skills in both, written and verbal. Flexible to Work Night & Day Shifts (Rotation) and Overtime as needed. Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 (Standard Working Hour).
