We are currently hiring full-time Production Team Members at our Ferndale facility. The shift we are hiring for is Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with mandatory overtime, often about 3 hours total per week with optional overtime available depending on workflow. Production Team Member at Cascade Dafo start off by learning a set of core jobs; these core jobs will be the foundation for all other positions in the production departments. Our benefit package includes: Competitive Wages: Our starting wage is $19.50/hour, most team members earn $20.50 per hour after 90 days of employment. Production team members may earn up to $30.47 per hour. Profit Sharing: Cascade team members are eligible for profit sharing bonuses each quarter. By sharing in the profits, our team members feel a sense of ownership; they reap the benefits of their hard work. In 2025, profit sharing added an average of $1.80- $2.20 more per hour to our new team member’s compensation. Responsibilities
