At Empty Cup, our production team is responsible for roasting, packaging, brewing, canning and distributing our products to our 7 (and growing) cafe locations, as well as retailers throughout Canada. Yes we roast and sell our coffee beans, but we also have a strong focus on Cold Brew coffee!
The production team aids the company as a whole, leading to ever changing tasks and multiple areas for growth.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

• Must be motivated to work with a new and exciting company
• Must be able to work efficiently with a team
• Must hold a valid class 5 driver’s licence
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 70lb
• Experience in a brewery or RTD beverage production is a strong asset
• Experience in beverage canning or operating a canning line is a strong asset
• Food production experience is an asset
• Packaging equipment operation and maintenance is an asset
• Forklift, warehouse or inventory management experience is an asset
• Cellarman experience is an asset
• Technician experience is an asset

Experience:

• Food Production: 1 year (preferred)
• Delivery Driving: 1 year (preferred)
• Brewery or RTD Production: 1 year (preferred

• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the production facility, including receiving product, coffee roasting and packaging, and cold brew production
• Driving delivery vehicles
• Cleaning equipment and operating a clean facility to CFIA standards
• Aid in receiving products into the facility
• Aid in the coffee roasting and packaging process
• Aid with cold brew production
• Aid in canning of cold brew and maintaining proper storage
• Inventory management and record keeping
• Cellar operations, such as transfers and testing products
  Empty Cup is a small company, and we all wear multiple hats. There are always opportunities to hop around and help out wherever needed!
  Location: 535 Panet Road, Winnipeg MB
  Full time: Permanent, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (Times and Days may very)
  Pay: From $16.50 per hour (based on experience)
