Production Team Member
Job Summary:
As a Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our door manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for various tasks related to packaging, fabrication, and assembly of exterior door systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Packaging and labeling of products.
  • Perform assembly tasks according to product specifications and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards by conducting thorough quality checks.
  • Follow inventory procedures for all material entering the production facility.
  • Perform assembly tasks according to product specifications and quality standards.
  • Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Use proper material handling techniques to ensure minimal damage to inventory.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other production team members to achieve daily production targets and ensure efficient operations.
  • Be friendly and courteous to colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic material handling equipment and procedures.
  • Experience in Doors, Hardware and Building supplies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Understand and follow verbal and written direction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Organizational skills and self-motivation are important attributes.
  • Work well in supporting a team-based environment.
