Production Team Member – Manufacturing (Windows & Doors)
Location: Abbotsford, BC – 30440 Progressive Way

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage: Starting at $18.50 to $28.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated and reliable production workers. Ideal candidates may have backgrounds in:

• Assembly
• Metalworking
• Woodworking
• Window and door production

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our production team, your tasks may include:

• CNC machining
• Planner and rip saw operation
• Laminating and moulding
• Welding (aluminium, brass, steel)
• Grinding, sanding, and sandblasting
• Painting
• Assembly
• Glass assembly and glazing
• Loading, unloading, and material handling

Note: Duties may vary based on department needs and are assigned per the collective agreement.

Requirements

• Experience is preferred
• Language: English proficiency required
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work Environment: Noisy and dusty—PPE provided and required
• Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential (no public transit access to site)
• Equipment: Must own steel-toe safety boots
