What You’ll Do As a Production Team Member, you’ll be part of the team responsible for building, finishing, preparing, and loading Golfsheds for delivery across the United States. Primary Responsibilities Build and assemble luxury Golfsheds according to engineering drawings and production standards Perform framing, finish carpentry, insulation, siding, trim, flooring, and general construction tasks Install doors, windows, interior finishes, and various building components Assist with loading completed Golfsheds onto trailers for transport Secure buildings and materials for safe shipment Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality Work closely with production leads and teammates to meet production schedules Take pride in delivering a premium product every time What We’re Looking For General construction or carpentry experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent work ethic and reliability Ability to follow plans, drawings, and written instructions Team player who communicates well and helps others succeed Able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Pride in producing clean, professional craftsmanship Preferred Qualifications Finish carpentry experience Framing experience Construction or manufacturing experience Forklift experience (or willingness to learn) Experience towing or loading trailers is a plus Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings Physical Requirements Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working throughout the day Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed Ability to safely use construction tools and equipment What Success Looks Like Builds are completed accurately and on schedule Finished Golfsheds consistently meet our premium quality standards Loading operations are safe, organized, and efficient Workstations remain clean and organized Team members support one another and take ownership of their work Every Golfshed leaves the facility ready to impress our customers Why Golfsheds?
