ROLE SUMMARY

You are the backbone of our operation. As a Production Team Member, you’ll assemble, test, and perfect products that define safety on the road. You’ll work across multiple stations, mastering different skills, and ensuring everything we ship meets the gold standard our clients expect.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build products that are 100% perfect in appearance and functionality.
  • Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and use assembly jigs with precision.
  • Safely and competently use hand tools and production equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of production, supporting the team wherever needed.
  • Follow work order schedules and scan jobs accurately in our system.
  • Flag discrepancies immediately so issues are solved before they impact quality.
  • Stay flexible — our production needs shift with client demand.

What We Are NOT Looking For

  • Someone who cuts corners or “good enoughs” the job. Our clients depend on perfection.
  • Someone who isn’t willing to learn new skills or cross-train. Growth is non-negotiable.
  • Someone who struggles with focus or following detailed instructions. This role requires precision.
  • Someone afraid of physical, repetitive work or factory environments (noise, temperature shifts, etc.).
