JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and fabricated to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools, as well as familiarity with warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge is an asset
• Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate three shifts as required (midnights, afternoons, and day shifts)
• Ability to reliably commute to the facility is required.

• Collaborate with team members, maintenance, engineers, and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.
