You will be responsible for all aspects of the production process from setup to finishing. I. Experience & Technical Skills (Preferred) Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience operating wide format printers and associated equipment (e.g., in a commercial sign company or printer). Digital Printing Proficiency: Familiarity with or comfort using Fiery Command Workstation to control digital workflow. Ability to perform basic bindery functions. Large Format Equipment Experience: Proven understanding or experience using equipment including: Large format digital printers. Laminators and cutters. Vinyl printers and sign equipment. Design & File Knowledge: Understanding of Large Format Design and execution. Graphic design skills helpful but not required. II. Essential Work Ethic & Soft Skills (Required) Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly and neatly. Organization & Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to multi-task and organize several activities and tasks concurrently. Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload. Ability to maximize profit through the efficient use of time and equipment. Attitude & Collaboration: Positive, Professional Attitude and Strong Work Ethic. Cooperative interpersonal skills, driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. Effective communication skills (oral and written). III. Basic Requirements Math & Computer Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to use a computer. Physical Ability: Ability to safely lift 50 lbs and work over a waist-high table.
