Description Job Summary/Objectives of Role Performing assembly tasks utilizing a variety of tools and machines. Working within a team to support safety, productivity, and delivery of high-quality products. Plan, evaluate, set-up runs needed equipment, saws, crimpers, etc. Review and ensure proper specs of crimps on fitting to hose. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and crimp industrial/hydraulic hose to industry specific. Tests and checks hose assemblies per shop procedures Communicate material shortages and/or issues to the production manager. Properly store and maintain all warehouse tools and equipment. Ensure a clean and safe warehouse and hose shop area. Attention to detail to ensure proper assembly and parts used. Efficiently tag and mark all hoses and ensure they are put in the correct location neatly. Operates and maintains all equipment in a safe manner and adheres to all company policies and safety rules. Requirements High School Diploma and/or GED Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and observation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Must be a team player and motivated to learn with strong desire to take on a new challenge. Must be able to pass drug test screening.
