In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Maintain business profitability through efficient and effective resource management Manage and monitor department KPIs Adhere to the production schedule in terms of product quantity and quality Manage and organize operations, resources, and facilities for product manufacturing based on the production schedule Manage and plan department production based on product requirements For This Role, You Will Need: Bilingual: Advanced English Education Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Intermediate Office Software Other: Leadership, Resource Management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision-making, Teamwork Desirable: Knowledge of screw machines Work experience Required: At least 10 years of experience in machining Desirable: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
