SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality power solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence.

• Assemble and test components to a final configured product, utilising SOPs, drawing instructions and specialised tooling and fixtures, measuring equipment and hand tools.
• Evaluate customer returns to determine repair actions required to satisfy customer requirement and product build standard.
• Stage inspection of product at required intervals to verify work conforms with defined tolerances, specifications, and performance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to address production challenges, implement process improvements, and optimize workflows.
• Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Maintain 6S in work area.
• Look for Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to producing high-quality electro-mechanical products.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritise own workload based on business and customer requirements.
• A working knowledge of MRP systems, Production Control systems and Electro-mechanical Manufacturing Techniques.
