SUMMARY

We are looking for a Production Technician to help with all day-to-day tasks of preparation, manufacture and inspection of compounding medicine.
Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilisation, inventory control, environmental monitoring and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.
The role will be working between Monday and Friday, on rotating shifts of one week 6am - 2pm and then 2pm until 10pm (Twilight shift) based at our Stockport site.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics
  • Good oral/written communication
  • High attention to detail

  • Label all product types according to product specifications
  • Perform equipment checks
  • Ability to Prioritise jobs
  • Dispensing
  • Manufacture all product types in accordance with SOPs
  • Validate aseptic technique
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency
  • Control isolator inventory
  • Meet turnaround times
  • Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance and testing
  • Select, prepare and sanitise raw materials
  • Report sanitisation deviations
  • Facility Monitoring
  • Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with SOPs
