JOB SUMMARY:

Perform manufacturing and packaging operations in compliance with established procedures, safety standards, and productivity goals. Ensure adherence to quality guidelines, including GMP and hygiene requirements. Actively contribute to process improvements and maintain a well-organized, safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably a degree in a science-related field.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and production technologies.
• Understanding of raw materials, quality control, and production workflows.
• Familiarity with business planning and resource coordination principles.
• Awareness of regulatory compliance standards.
• Proficiency in IT tools supporting production operations.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Understanding of budget constraints and performance monitoring tools.
• Ability to contribute to and manage small-scale projects effectively.

OUR ANIMAL HEALTH CLIENT HAS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN TO JOIN ITS TEAM. THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE THAT WOULD SUIT A RECENT GRADUATE, OR SOMEONE EXPERIENCED LOOKING TO WORK AT A LAB TECH LEVEL. THIS ROLE WORK ON A SHIFT BASIS AS DETAILED BELOW. DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE SITE, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT TO GET TO SITE.
