Elevation Recruitment Group’s Skilled Shop Floor Division is currently recruiting for a Production Technician on behalf of an innovative and rapidly growing medical manufacturer.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Leeds Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm - early finish Friday

Salary: £27,360

The Role

Working within a regulated manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for accurately collecting, recording and maintaining production data to support manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Collecting, recording and reporting daily production data from the shop floor
Maintaining accurate manufacturing and production records
Ensuring all data is entered accurately and within agreed deadlines
Identifying missing, unclear or incorrect information
Investigating and resolving data discrepancies where appropriate
Escalating any data gaps, inconsistencies or concerns to the relevant manager
Supporting compliance with quality and manufacturing standards

About You

We are keen to speak with Production Technicians who have:

Experience working within a manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, food production or other regulated environment
Confidence working on the shop floor and engaging with production teams
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
