JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Production Supervisor/Team Lead of Candoo Pharmatech Company Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Technician with experience to set up, operate and clean manufacturing equipment.
As production Technician at Candoo Pharmatech Company Inc., you will be responsible to manufacture product as per batch record. Production technician will be responsible for cleaning, set-up and operation of all production equipment. Follows all GMP’s, SOD’s and company policies/ regulations and remains aligned to the Candoo Pharmatech Health and Safety policies.

JOB SUMMARY

· Responsible for correctly complete assigned documentation and floor activities as per SOD’s, GDP and GMP requirements.
· Assemble, dismantle and clean manufacturing equipment such as compactor, compression press, lab coater etc.
· Able to perform calculations as instructed in batch documents.
· Conduct in-process testing as required for the manufacturing of the product.
· Execute applicable computerized transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
· Effectively process batches within specifications to meet quality attributes of the product.
· Ensure the proper selection, care and use of tools, parts and equipment while performing all job-related duties.

· Operate computerized control panel of equipment to monitor the process.

  • Conduct process start up and shut down processes as per instruction provide in production document.
  • Issue maintenance notifications and prepare equipment for maintenance work orders as required.
  • Support maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility to ensure the all-time readiness for client, and regulatory audits.
  • Access Candoo Pharmatech intranet for the purpose of locating and utilizing relevant SOD’s, MSDS’s, company policies and procedures.
  • Notify team lead/ supervisor in the event of a departure from procedure, product defect, safety incident or other serious problem.
  • Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Candoo Pharmatech Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
  • Actively seeks and accepts positive and constructive feedback from colleagues and leadership.
  • Works effectively with team members in support of team and department goals.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum secondary school diploma or recognized equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3-year experience of work as production technician within Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Ability to lift 20 kgs. on a regular basis.
  • Flexible for shift work.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment and Respiratory Protection responsibly as per Candoo Pharmatech Company Inc. procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Right First-Time approach pursues work with energy and drive.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-Managed team player with a positive attitude exhibiting cooperation, communication, flexibility, and initiative to acquire functional skills.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $17.20-$24.62 per hour
