You will also support packaging and shipping, maintain a clean workplace, and contribute to a smooth production workflow. Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods. By collaborating with your team and taking initiative, you will help streamline operations and reduce production delays. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and set up production equipment and apply adhesives per SOPs. * Operate saws, drills, and other hand tools to safely build signage components. * Perform vinyl tasks including plotting, weeding, and application. * Assist with fabrication tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembling signage. * Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout production. * Build crates and package signage for shipping. Position Qualifications   Education: * High school diploma or GED required. * Technical training or coursework in production or mechanical operations is a plus. Experience: * Prior experience in production, warehouse, or signage environment, preferred.   * On-the-job training provided for candidates with mechanical aptitude.   Your Skills * Ability to read technical drawings and tape measurements accurately. * Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Caldera software. * Basic machine operation and troubleshooting skills. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Effective time management and organizational skills. * Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
