Up to 4 weeks paid vacation · Paid holidays · Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage (employee & family) · 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Requirements Summary The Production Technician is responsible for executing manufacturing-related activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable environmental health and safety guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes, but not limited to: · Operate, start up, and shut down CNPS equipment effectively · Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately · Maintain production areas in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements · Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs · Perform scheduled cleaning and sanitation of production areas · Mix intermediates into finished product · Follow pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and documentation requirements · Support continuous improvement initiatives · Other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Requirements · High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required · 1-3 years of related experience preferred · Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus · Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered · Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills · Clear verbal and written communication abilities · Proficient with Microsoft Office preferred · Ability to work independently and collaboratively · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Experience with hand tools is a plus · Dependable and committed to continuous improvement Physical Demands · Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds · Reasonable accommodations may be available Compensation $23–$25/hour, based on experience · Consistent weekday schedule · Stable full-time opportunity · Growth potential within pharmaceutical manufacturing Ready to Apply?
