Description: Operate and monitor equipment in our polymer production facility. Accurately weigh and mix raw materials based on batch recipes. Collect product samples and conduct quality tests. Record production data and input information into company systems. Load finished products into bulk tankers, drums, and totes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with equipment checks and routine maintenance prep. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control guidelines. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing or chemical processing (not required). Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
