This Production Technician position involves working day shifts with an early finish on a Friday and is an opportunity to work for an up and coming, local electronics company.

As a Production Technician your responsibilities will include:

  • Manufacturing and assembling bespoke products
  • Testing/Fault Finding
  • Different types of Soldering but primarily PCB
  • Designing PCB’s
  • Electro-Mechanical Assembly
  • Wiring, crimping, stripping and soldering of wires
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Working from engineering drawings

As a Production Technician, you’ll ideally have:

  • Previous soldering/electronics assembly experience
  • Experience working with PCB’s
  • Previous testing experience
  • The ability to understand technical drawings and follow work instructions
  • IT/computer literacy skills
