Job Description Troubleshoot machine to ensure continuous production time. Monitor and support to finish complicated orders to be delivered on time. Support other team members to meet output target as well as scrap rate. Train new operators. Monitor and report machines’ status, including: safety guarding, productivity, etc. to team lead and maintenance team to provide proper corrective action. Sustain 5S at working area. Support Engineer to setup and test new items, trial run. Track/record spare parts, machines's consumables. Others Tasks as supervisor required. Qualifications High school diploma or relevant experience 3-4 years in similar position or related experience Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Ability to work in shift (8 or 12 hours)
Responsibilities
The role involves troubleshooting machinery to ensure continuous production and monitoring output targets and scrap rates. Responsibilities also include training new operators, maintaining 5S standards, and supporting engineers with new item setups.
