Location: Headquarters in Elland, West Yorkshire

Hours: Continental Shifts - 4on, 4off

Salary: Up to £45k

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a new Technician Team Lead within our Production team, to support all technical areas in production, ensure that all goods are manufactured to the required quality standards and to mentor & train other technical staff.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure tool / process changes are completed in a timely manner
• Report & handover any process / technical issues & ensure plans are in place to see closure
• To conduct tool changes and write / modify robot programs for the injection moulding machines and routing cells
• Assess any quality/production problems & solve them where possible, ensuring all documentation is completed & stored correctly

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years minimum working in an injection moulding or extrusion related discipline
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player
