Responsibilities

Based in Rydalmere, NSW you will join a team who provide a range of production activities that include the manufacture & assembly sonar and communication systems for our UVX business.

As our Production Technician you will be accountable for:

  • Carrying out assembly and installation for products involving complex electrical / electronic systems.
  • Conducting acceptance testing in accordance with system test plans, specifications and operational data.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate faults and issues in products identified during assembly.
  • Monitor activities against KPI’s, verify quality/conformance of product to specification and take corrective action to ensure schedule, cost and quality standards are maintained.
  • Assist Production Engineering in root cause analysis of production variances and recurring issues then development and implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and information involving assembly & installation for products produced and supported by the business.
