Description Niche Polymer LLC is a custom compounder and toll processor for engineering resins. Whether it’s providing additional value for our customer’s industrial waste or formulating niche compounds for end use applications, Niche will be there to ensure that our partners receive ecologically and technologically sound products that can have effective alternate uses. Must be able to use a logical thought process and attention to detail to solve process and quality issues as they arise. Must be capable of documenting and completing all required paperwork associated in the Medium Honeycomb Area. Be quality conscious, production oriented and able to work safely and effectively within established policies and practices. Be a self-starter who will meet the demands of our customers. Must be comfortable working in a team environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 6 to 8 hours per shift. Requirements Properly prepare and honeycomb heat exchanger bundles and complete assembly of heat exchangers in an acceptable manner. Read and understand the technical drawings provided by Engineering. Perform quality inspection and pressure testing of finished goods. Package product for shipment. Can work independently and set the manufacturing schedule from backlog. Ensures that their work environment is kept organized & clean. Has strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand tools and power tools. Perform additional tasks and help in other areas as required.
