Description

Develop new Best-Known Methods (BKMs) strategies, and procedures for effective data mining techniques and presentation methods for various research projects. Collaborate with across groups and vendors to provide suggestions for testing methods and solutions to drive improvements. Demonstrate leadership by prioritizing work, training, coaching, providing technical assistance to other Test Technicians. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems by utilizing BKM (Best Known Method) and Tech Bulletins. Prioritize escalations by communicating verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders. Support a safe work environment by following safe work practices, adhering to safety guidelines, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and following Lockout Tagout (LOTO) policies and procedures. Provide timely clear communication to appropriate stakeholders including production status, tasks completed, detailed descriptions, continuous improvement ideas, and shift pass downs. 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry, or equivalent manufacturing environment. Completed training in technical fields (Associates degree, technical degree, technical certificate, diploma, or equivalent military experience) with focus on electronics, mechatronic, electric, engineering, or related field. Able to work 12-hour shifts in fast paced and time-sensitive environment. ffective communication skills, written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in computer-based data systems, applications, and Microsoft Office software. Frequently position oneself (e.g., bend, stoop, reach, walk, sit, twist, squat, kneel, climb, stand) to perform job tasks including moving parts and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds; operating various hand tools, equipment, and fixtures.
