YOUR ROLE AS A PRODUCTION & WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to the Materials & Planning Manager, the Production & Warehouse Administrator will take full responsibility for all areas and aspects of issuing, tracking and closing works orders, ensuring the stock figures shown on X3 reflect accurate physical stocks. The Production & Warehouse Administrator is responsible for ensuring all figures are correct at the time of tracking and to challenge any discrepancies E.G. double ticketed pallets through Check Point Charlie. FLT licence is advantageous but not essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete the transfer of information from stock movement sheets to X3.
• Issue, track and close works orders, daily, weekly and monthly
• Conduct daily stock checks, correcting X3 as appropriate
• Identify barcode scanning errors and raise issues with operators/ASM/shift managers where appropriate
• Support traceability reports that need to be run, ensuring all the paperwork is out and ready for inspection by the auditor within 2 hours
• Monitor stock shelf life to prevent aged stock
• Monitor stock and usage of sundry items/consumables, to enable the MRP Coordinator to raise POs accordingly and prevent shortages
• Conduct cyclical stock counting on all materials.
• Support annual stock counts of finished goods, work in progress, packaging and ingredients

  Welcome Bonus: You will automatically receive £150 after successfully completing your probationary period, plus a further £150 3 months later.
