(debit card) * Company-Paid Life, Short & Long-Term Disability * FSA, Voluntary Insurance Options * 401(k) + Company Match (after 6 months) * 11 Paid Holidays + PTO   What You’ll Do: * Record and maintain daily production data and reports * Enter required information into computer systems * Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met * Prepare raw materials for processing * Operate and adjust production equipment and control panels * Monitor gauges, meters, and instruments to maintain proper conditions * Move materials to the Metalizing department as needed * Check equipment for leaks or malfunctions and report issues promptly * Collect and provide product samples for testing * Assist with additional tasks as directed by management Job Flexibility Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities. The Skills You'll Need: * Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures * Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods. * Ability to lift 50lbs frequently.  * Ability to work in a team environment * Basic computer skills.  * Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures * Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime * Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality   What We’re Looking For: * High School Diploma or GED * Age 18+ with reliable transportation     Ready to Join a Team That Invests in You?
