Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00/hour
WORK HOURS: The work hours of this position require flexibility in order to meet production requirements. Some mandatory overtime may be required, and voluntary overtime may be available. Shift hours: 3 PM – 1:30 AM Monday through Thursday.
The Production Line Team Member consists of a wide variety of positions: Inspector, Processor, Packer, and Palletizer. The individual may be a trained and Qualified Individual in job functions that support the Food Safety Plan Critical Control Points and Preventive Controls such as product cooker temperature recording, metal detection operator, assisting in equipment cleaning, and label verification.
Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 18-years of age
  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED) preferred.
  • Prior Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Basic math skills include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
  • Must be willing and able to learn skills necessary to accurately input data into computer, payroll, attendance, manufacturing, and inventory tracking systems.
