JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be an integral part of our production line, assembling components to create high-quality doors for residential and architectural use.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• At least 6 months of experience in general labor, construction, or production.
• Proficiency in using tape measures and experience with saws, hand, and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Machine operating experience.
• Knowledge of equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Willingness to learn and a team player attitude.

• Work alongside another builder on the assembly line.
• Assemble components such as stiles and rails onto door skins to construct doors.
• Handle repetitive lifting and package finished products.
• Operate machines and hand tools efficiently.
• Perform general labor and maintain a steady production flow.
