Across the nation, we are moving the needle through innovation The Bellevue Beverage Plant has an opening for a Production Worker. This position is located in Bellevue, Washington. There is also an opportunity to join the Warehouse Department, as a Fork Lift Driver. Pay Range: The pay range is $23.03 to $32.91 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Additional premiums for swing and grave shifts are available. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility). This position requires the following: Ability to plan, organize and coordinate daily activities Ability to maximize productivity and minimize waste Willingness to work in a safe manner and promote a safe working environment Ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors in both oral and written form Roles and responsibilities will include the following at a minimum Operate and perform general upkeep of manufacturing equipment Perform all needed maintenance functions in support of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiative Clean and sanitize equipment and environment Accurately complete production documents Participating in continuous improvement process Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)Comply with government regulations Work safely following all documented state and federal safety requirements Participate in the development and maintenance of a world class manufacturing environment Perform other duties as assigned Why you will choose us: Albertsons Companies is at the forefront of the revolution in retail.
