Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations, as you will work directly on the production floor to support manufacturing processes, assembly, and quality control. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as required
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or labour experience is an asset, but not required – training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Physically able to perform repetitive tasks, lift materials, and stand for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn
  • Willingness to adapt and take on new tasks as needed
