PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS TO BE A PRODUCTION WORKER:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar operations is advantageous.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting, stacking, and moving materials such as bags and drums.

• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and stacking up to 50-pound bags and moving drums and other containerized materials.
• Read and follow written instructions to ensure accurate product manufacturing.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following plant safety rules.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain operational efficiency.
• Safely operate forklifts when required.
• Organize the production area to uphold product quality and packaging integrity.
• Move materials between storage and production as needed.
• Operate Pack Out machines and identify materials per the production control plan.
• Pull samples as directed by the production control plan for quality checks.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by plant management.
