Description Job description Overview Lancaster Water Group is a well-established and leading manufacturer in the Water Treatment Industry. Since 1942 our mission has been to provide clean water through quality equipment. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking to add an additional production worker to our team in our new facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling water treatment units from start to finish based on customer orders. This role will involve cross-functional responsibilities including production, packaging, and support for shipping and receiving. Key Responsibilities: Assemble water treatment units from components to completed systems, following work orders and customer specifications. Package small parts and complete product orders for shipment. Support the shipping and receiving team as needed, including material handling and inventory checks. Communicate daily tasks, progress, and potential issues clearly with the Operations Manager. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Adapt to different roles within the production department as needed, including coverage for absent team members. Ensure quality standards and timelines are met consistently. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00/hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift No weekends Work Location: In person Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment is preferred. Ability to read and interpret work orders and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Team-oriented with effective communication skills. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual tasks. Flexibility to work in various departments and adjust to shifting priorities. Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing facility. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required. Experience: Manufacturing/Production: 1 year (Preferred)
