REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION WORKER

• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Basic understanding of English (speaking and reading)
• Willing to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit – able to stand, lift, and move for extended periods

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Production Workers in Roosendaal to join our growing team. You will play a key role in our production process, helping to ensure the timely and high-quality manufacturing of our products.
This is a role in 3 shifts, monday till friday. 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PRODUCTION WORKER

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to company standards
• Monitor the production line and report any issues to supervisors
• Assemble, package, or label products as required
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
