Production Worker (Stick Pack Machine/Jar Powder Filling Line/OSD Bottle Packing Line)

To boost our growth, we are looking for “Production Worker for our Stick Pack Machine, Jar Powder Filling Line and OSD Bottle Packing Lines” with the following requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Require 1 to 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry or similar industry.
• Demonstrate ability to speak and read English fluently.
• Mechanically inclined for machinery maintenance.
• Respect for authority and company policy.
• Team player.
• Demonstrate values for productivity and quality.
• Safety conscious.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Knowledge of encapsulating and GMP an asset.
  Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  Salary Range: CA $18.00 to $22.00 Hourly (will differ based on skills and experience)
  Schedule: Monday to Friday (required availability to work in morning or evening shifts based on business requirement

• Read and follow the work order requirement prior to the production.
• Set up, operation, cleaning of Stick Pack/ Jar(Bottle) Pack/ Powder Filling machine which include but not limited to handle bottle unscrambling machine, tablet/capsule counting machine, capping machine, sticker labelling machine within the standard time frame per SOP requirement.
• Verification & challenge metal detector and check weigher equipment.
• Perform proper machine start up check and complete all checkmarks in the work order (WO) before starting production.
• Monitor the machine operation and perform in-process quality check, adjusting as necessary to ensure the quality standards are met.
• Match the details of the labels with the work order and follow other instruction mentioned.
• Perform trouble shooting during production and guide team to follow the same.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the company GMPs.
• Follow all safety policies and ensure work environment is free of safety hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.
