PRODUCTION WORKER – TRAILER MANUFACTURING We are hiring dependable, safety-focused Production Workers to join our trailer manufacturing team. This position will be assigned to one of our production departments (Weld, Robot, Wood, Skin, Prep, Wire, Paint, or Undercoat) and plays an important role in building high-quality trailers. If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU’LL DO DEPENDING ON DEPARTMENT ASSIGNMENT, RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: * Cut and install plywood for floors, walls, and doors * Install aluminum sheets, trim, fenders, tapes, caulking, and decals * Wire trailers and hook up/test lighting * Prep, grind, clean, paint, and undercoat trailers * Operate hand tools, saws, grinders, torches, spray equipment, and other production tools * Move trailers using shop equipment (Kubota/hoist as needed) * Maintain quality standards and meet production goals * Keep work areas clean and safe WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Ability to read a tape measure accurately * Experience with hand tools and power tools (manufacturing experience preferred) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods * Commitment to consistently work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance   * Strong attention to detail * Team-oriented with a strong work ethic * Commitment to safety WORK ENVIRONMENT Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, welding, grinding, paint fumes, and varying temperatures.
