POSITION SUMMARY

As the Urethane Production Worker, you will be responsible to assist the Urethane Processor Lead and the Urethane Processor Technician in manufacturing world-class urethane parts that meet customer expectations. The Production Worker will work in a cohesive team to ensure daily operations of the given processor are performed efficiently and support the achievement of daily production targets. You will report to the Urethane Floor Supervisor at our flagship location in Langley, BC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum grade twelve diploma
  • At least 1-year experience in related field preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Enjoys working in a team
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Quickly and efficiently de-mold and trim cast parts.
  • Ensure all parts handled meet the required production standards as detailed on the work order.
  • Ensure non-conforming material is clearly identified, documented, segregated and quarantined.
  • Follow additional documented QC procedures when the situation requires.
  • Examine molds, jigs & fixtures before casting to ensure they are assembled and correctly configured.
  • Clean & Re-assemble molds as required to support production outputs.
  • Produce product as per production procedures and as instructed.
  • Perform all work to organizational standards to ensure final product meets quality standards.
  • Perform all functions of the job safely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
