About the Job As a Production Worker on our Horticultural Production Team, you'll work in a dynamic environment focused on producing high-quality soil and mulch products. You'll operate key equipment like forklifts and palletizers and play a vital role in supporting a cleaner, greener future. We are hiring for afternoon shift (Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m.). The starting wage is $24.40/hour. What You’ll Be Doing Operating machinery such as skid steers, dual forklifts, and tractors Running the mulch and soil production lines Supporting machine operation and shipping when needed Here’s What You Need Comfortable with physical work: standing, lifting (up to 45lbs), and moving equipment A problem-solver who can multitask and adapt to changing needs Team player who can also work independently Experience in farming, landscaping, agriculture, or general labour is a bonus Forklift experience or certification is an asset — but we’re happy to train the right person! Responsibilities

The Production Worker will operate key machinery such as skid steers, dual forklifts, and tractors while running the mulch and soil production lines. This role also involves supporting machine operation and shipping activities as needed.
