Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Excellent medical, dental and vision benefits 401(k) plan with match Paid holidays / vacation / sick time Performance bonuses Job Responsibilities: Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hoses and assemble work orders Manufacture hose assemblies to required specifications Handle walk in customers, process counter orders Quality control processing for outgoing work orders Functionally verifies product performance to the defined test criteria Utilizes hand and power tools Use of hose assembly equipment to cut, clean, crimp, cap and kit hose assemblies Communicate material shortages and/or issues to the production supervisor in charge as needed Assist in daily inventory counts Be able to recognize different fittings and hose types and sizes by sight Forklift operation Other duties as assigned Successful candidate will possess: High school diploma or equivalent education Ability to pass pre-employment and random hair follicle drug screenings Previous forklift experience is preferred, but not required Ability to work in physically demanding conditions. Must be able to stand, bend, and work on your feet and lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
