We are seeking a Skilled Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with general hand tools.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working in the winding department, specifically Armature winding. The candidate will be trained for the position.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Competent oral and written English; able to read and follow detailed instruction manuals
• Basic mathematical skills
• Valid Drivers License
• High school or equivalent technical experience
• Good manual strength and dexterity, including ability to use hand tools such as pliers, cutters, hammers, calipers etc.
• Experience with High Pot, Megger and Growler testers considered an asset
• Experience with spot welding / brazing considered an asset
• Ability to cross-train to other Winding Class teams
• Strong interpersonal skills; trustworthy; reliable with time and attendance
