About the role The Senior Manager, Productivity Project Execution plays a critical role in transforming and accelerating performance across our Commercial HVAC businesses. This newly created position within the CHVAC Productivity Center of Excellence (COE) drives high-impact productivity and cost reduction initiatives that directly improve operational efficiency, margin performance, and customer value. By leading cross-functional teams and leveraging data, process, and digital innovation, this role delivers sustainable, year-over-year results that strengthen our competitive position. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Manager, Productivity Project Execution, you’ll be responsible for: • Leading execution of high-impact productivity and cost reduction projects across operational and transactional value streams • Facilitating ideation and identification of new variable cost reduction opportunities • Identifying key cost drivers and partnering with business segments to eliminate inefficiencies • Managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of active and queued productivity projects • Supporting short- and long-term productivity strategy to drive margin growth • Defining, tracking, and reporting key performance metrics to measure efficiency, cost, and profitability improvements • Analyzing current-state data, processes, and operations to surface improvement opportunities • Partnering with business process teams to document and improve high-impact processes using structured problem-solving tools • Ensuring process adherence, adoption, and benefit realization through close stakeholder collaboration • Monitoring results and validating expected financial benefits from implemented initiatives • Recommending training, standard work, and operational adjustments to sustain improvements • Partnering with Digital teams to develop tools and technology that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness • Collaborating with Finance to model investment impact, validate savings, and ensure return on investment Requirements We are looking for people who are analytical, results-driven, collaborative leaders with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
