Description
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, hardware/software, test & validation, product, operations) to define product requirements and refinement from prototype to production. Assist in product testing, validation, and feedback loops: identify reliability, performance, usability issues and work to resolve or escalate them. Support process improvement: suggest or implement optimizations in the productization workflow. Participate in risk assessments: material, regulatory, manufacturability, supply chain, etc. Work on small design adjustments, tooling, or integration tasks under guidance. 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent. Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, Master's, or PhD on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship. Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or Co-Op term Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, etc.) Good understanding of telecommunications fundamentals: wireless protocols (LTE, 5G / 6G), RF basics, signal processing, network architecture (core, RAN, edge) Good problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively; strong verbal and written communication. Comfortable learning new tools, working in lab / test environments.
