Waferfertigung – Starten von Aufträgen, Verwalten der Waferlagerung, Bereitstellen von Chemikalien, Reinigen der Systeme. Bedienung von Maschinen für die Fotolithografie, wie z. B. Wafer-Vorreinigung (Nassbank), Beschichtungs- und Entwicklungssysteme, Belichtungssysteme, Lift-off-Systeme, Plasmasysteme. Übertragung von Aufträgen innerhalb des ERP-Systems. Requirements/Qualifications: Qualifikationen/Anforderungen Schulabschluss mindestens 10.
